Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect the product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged, or if it is the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnables
Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or custom-designed items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you received and place another order for the new item once the return has been accepted.

EU 14 Day Review Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unscratched, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. You will also need to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund request has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your refund.
